I personally love this game.
What you have to do is name a song, and the next person has to name a song that starts with the same letter the previous song ended with, and so on. It's best to name the artist, just for conformation that it's a real song.

eg.
Best of You - Foo Fighters.
Under the Bridge - Red Hot Chili Peppers.
Epiphany - Sweeney Todd Soundtrack.

Okay?
